Here are some nail arts patterns created by the OPI Sheer Tints Collection.  They look sophisticated, but it’s actually very easy to make.  All you need is patience, time and a little creativity.  Make sure the 1^st layer of color is at least half dried before you apply the second coat, otherwise bubbles will be easily formed.  Show us some of your creation too!
